This may or may not be related. Gosh, the Galaxion sure has a colourful history, doesn’t it?
And somehow, it’s already February! Does that mean we’re going to have another First Friday of the Month Update? Why, yes it does! I hope. Come back on Friday and we’ll see how fast I can get the next page inked.
EDIT: Don’t miss the blog post below: Galaxion-themed Valentine’s Day cards!
How cute… they’re sharing dinner.
That’s a neat visual way to indicate that these two have a long friendship.
*snicker* Having the ghost show up when our good captain is at her lowest could be interesting. Especially if she doesn’t think about it while they’re talking, but realizes what happened after he’s gone.
I love the TerSA logo on the bottom of the drinking glasses.
I love hearing about the ship’s history. I’m such a nerd for this stuff. Ghosts! In Space! That also explains why the Galaxion is so darn pretty. Yes she is.
On the second panel you made a simple error. You put “there” which it should be “their” used to be…
Actually, I think “there” is correct. “Their” is a possessive pronoun. Their tales, their ship. His/her/their. The word is not used in Fu’s sentence as a pronoun. Although perhaps a better wording might have been, “They used to tell tales.”
I can already imagine how those profits might have been turned…but will wait for the next installment. Just in case.
Fantastic page.. So many details, And the food exchange is just a delightful touch..
I discovered this comic about a week ago and have been reading through it a little bit at a time since then. So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I was actually planning on waiting to post until I’d completely caught up, but all this talk of Ghosts in space left me unable to resist saying this:
You couldn’t possibly be talking about this space ghost, could you?
(on a completely unrelated note, I’m rather surprised I managed to remember the html code for a hyperlink, considering I haven’t touched html coding since that class I took my sophomore year of high school (almost 5 years ago now).)
I’m so glad to hear you’re enjoying the story! I do know that Space Ghost, but if he turned up on the ship I think it would be far more disturbing!
Ah, so TERSA built their fleet the same way the Union Navy built their fleet during the U.S. Civil War.
