Before someone goes off on a tear through the archives… no, we haven’t officially been introduced to either the biologist botanist/gardener Hidoshi or the cook. Although I can give you all a non-spoilery spoiler and tell you that Hidoshi’s last name is Ito (a quick skim through the Character List will probably be helpful in parsing that clue). We’ll meet them properly eventually.
Wondering what to give your nerdy sweetheart on Valentine’s Day? How about this? Yup, we’re puttin’ the “love” back in “Life. Love. Hyperspace.”
Darvin, I think you should let the captain get a word in edgewise… ::pictures Fu’s irritated look from previous page::
I always feel awkward commenting for the first time on a new (to me) webcomic, but I really have to say I enjoy this comic a lot >u<! I love your art style (it makes me want to break out my old vhs copies of Galaxy Express 999) and I adore the characters. I can't wait to see where you go with this (and when my tax returns come in a few weeks from now, I'm going to purchase one or both of the volumes in the store)!
Thank you, Whit, and welcome! I wish I could break out my old VHS tapes of Galaxy Express 999, but alas, my VHS player doesn’t work anymore.
As it happens, Crunchyroll has both Galaxy Express 999 and Captain Harlock as part of their free anime streams (no Yamato, alas, but we can’t have everything…)
Whoops… meant that as a reply to your last post, Tara. My bad.
Something has clicked into alignment… and its probably not the cat.
You have one of the best looking comics out there, I think.
Wow! That’s quite a compliment. Thank you very much!
Well, Happy Valentine’s Day, and Single’s Awareness Day, and all that. But most importantly…
Happy Birthday Fusella, our favorite starship captain!
Yay! She thanks you very much for remembering.
Awww, you remembered! Thanks!
