This is my reading of the space map. Galaxion is the bottom dot with the purple label below with the Nautilus symbol. Vonan is the dot on the left with the green label (10 weeks) and Welabarra is top right dot (14 weeks).
This leaves Myrad as the middle right dot that would be closest to Galaxion with an estimated 5-6 weeks travel time and an inhabited planet for supplies. The dominant species may look exactly like the Miesti symbionts Ari saw during her mind link, but no one else knows that since Ari didn’t report that during the debriefing. So the choice is clear which planet they should head for.
Confession is good for the soul, Ari. It might get you spaced if it’s revealed that you still had telepathic powers all this time, but it’s good for the soul.
A question about her clothing: what’s the thing she has on the outer layer of her upper body? I see she has pants with a belt, a long-sleeve shirt with a pattern on the sleeves and then there is the thing that seems like a vest but is too oversized for that.
The Raumpatrouille clothing design looks vaguely reminiscent of the clothing design on the equally contemporaneous Lost in Space. (Hard to tell from the wikipedia image for Raumpatrouille, but I’m guess that the clothes (as on the other two shows) made heavy use of velour…)
Myrad gets more and more ominous each time it’s mentioned… D:
THE MANDATE OF PLOT NECESSITY COMPELS YOU
Don’t let the GM railroad you! Continue to your desired destination, no matter what wandering monsters or supply shortages are thrown at you.
The names of those outposts alone make me curious about them…
Do Myradis make good symbionts? Or do they have a special skill that will make them invaluable allies against the Miesti?

I guess that’s contemporary civilian clothing, possibly influenced by her colonial origins.
If you think that looks strange, check this German SF TV series (contemporary to the original Star Trek series) and its strange portrayals of future dress and (more infamously) dance:

Episodes are available on YouTube, but I fear in German language only.

It’s no more preposterous than what came at the end of a Sprockets sketch.

I don’t find it that strange, I’m just curious whether it is based on real-life clothing and what is it called.
