Well, since every single person who commented last week voted in favour of keeping the grey tones, I guess they’ll stay! Thanks to everyone for your kind words of encouragement.
This Sunday, December 20th, I’ll be a guest on The Webcomic Beacon podcast, along with fellow sci-fi webcomicker Mark Mekkes of Zortic. The Beacon has a live chat room during the recording, so please feel free to join us on TalkShoe at 3pm EST. Average show length is between one and one-and-a-half hours. You can join the chat room as an anonymous guest, or you can sign up for an account on TalkShoe if you wish. A word of warning, though: in my experience, the Beacon’s regular chat room crowd, friendly bunch though they are, can get a bit, er, carried away, frequently on risqué topics which may or may not be actually related to the broadcast… that’s all part of the zany fun of a live chat room!
Happy Hannukah to all those who are celebrating this week!
Oh, Patty… Well, at least the plot is moving again!
Also: are you going to be at the Comic-Con next summer, Tara? I was thinking of going, and am curious.
Oh, er… which one? The shows that I’ve got on my schedule so far are Penguicon at the end of April, TCAF in May, and Baltimore Comic-Con at the end of August (which conflicts with FanExpo, so it looks like I’ll be missing that one in 2010).
I too like the grayscale. If it it not too much trouble I would like to see it retained.
Oh no – not at FanExpo this year! Doh! I was hoping you would be selling some more of your original art like last year
Oh, sorry. I meant the one in San Diego.
@Insectoid: I’d love to do San Diego again, but I don’t know when that will be possible. They’ve already sold out of the 4-day passes for the 2010 show, if you can believe it! And I don’t think the 1-day passes are going to last long, either.
@Kevin: yeah, I was annoyed about that conflict! But I’ll be selling original art at TCAF, if you’re able to come to that show (admission is free!).
Tara: Right; they sold them all out at THIS year’s show! The noive! You’d think that the people (like you) with an table would get a better deal. Oh well, Anyway, my mom and I scored 1-day tickets for the Saturday.
