Alright, this is a lot later, but I just had to say I love the squigglies in panel 3 as a way to illustrate that awkward, nervous attraction/butterflies she’s obviously feeling.
Ari’s discomfiture was funny. But not in a negative way. Liked the memory fairy giving her a boot to the head, like the song, to remind her, then the cartoonish “whoosh” out of there. A nice bit of levity.
