I’m just back from Bethesda and my brain feels a bit fried, but I have to tell you all that Small Press Expo was amazing! It seems like all the shows I’ve been to over the last year have been the sort where it seems small press comics like Galaxion are a vanishing breed, but it was just the opposite at SPX. It was an entire ballroom filled with hundreds of talented comic creators! We came home with so many wonderful things, including this:

It was great to see you guys at SPX, I picked up a copy of volume one and re-read the rest of the archives on Sunday as well and now I’m more pumped than ever for the rest of the story!

I do hope Aria at least retains her mind reading ability long term. Very useful for a first contact person, and entertaining from a story line point of view. Also, Cool Powers ™ are, well, cool.

Does Zan has ADHD (or something like it)? I’ve been suspecting he does for a while now, based on my own experiences with it. If that’s the case, he’d have a lot more practice at shutting out intrusive thoughts.
