The three plot threads are starting to come together at last. It’s been tough to keep track of ‘em, I know! If you haven’t already, you might like to re-read the chapter so far to get yourself oriented. It won’t be long, now.
I’m busy drawing the last few pages of Chapter Eight this week, and then we’re on to Chapter Nine. I’m really looking forward to it, and yes, that’s the sound of my villainous laughter you’re hearing there. And now I’d better keep my mouth shut or else all my secrets are going to start springing out of it. 
She’s been infected by the Miesti!! Someone besides Patty should have brought medical supplies…
Will the locals want to lock Patty away, eject her from their hideout, or kill her [i]for her own good[/i]. I bet we find out in Chapter [b]Ten[/b].

No, we don’t want to kill her, though. I think she can be “cured” of the Miesti. [I hope she can be cured...]
BTW, that “Girlamatic login” thing is also happening on pages 146, 148, and the Chapter 5 cover.
Want to bet “girlamatic” is an advertiser and it’s being introduced that way?

Ah… no. The Galaxion webcomic used to be hosted at Girlamatic (which was a wonderful site, though I guess it’s down now), and it seems what has happened is some stray code snuck along and went unnoticed when we made the transfer. We’ll get that fixed shortly, and thank you for letting us know about it! I appreciate it.

Hey, right now I’m glad we still have Patty. (Having re-read the flimsies…)
Several things are in Vessa’s way if she plans on taking Patty out on the shuttle.
1st- The guards, who would discourage such an attempt.
2nd- The Rutani, who aren’t letting anybody do anything if they can help it.
3rd- The state of the shuttle-craft, which might not even be capable of reaching orbit due to tampering/destruction.
4th- The Galaxion, unless they have a sick bay set up for possibly contagious(?) or dangerous(?) alien disease.
