Er… about this “ANY key”… I’m never quite sure if I should be saying “Yes, yes, that’s exactly what I meant, well done for noticing!” when someone accuses me of being clever or if I should own up and admit I have no idea what you’re talking about! But David pointed out to me that the button on Scavina’s notepad might be misleading. Since it will eventually be obvious in the higher resolution print edition anyway, I offer a close-up of the panel for your perusal.

@Haviland, Scavina is definitely feeling the stress of the situation….

Dear Ship’s Log. Today our experimental drive went predictably berserk and we landed on Earth, only it’s not *our* Earth because New Zealand isn’t a Peter Jackson theme park yet.
